TMKQ1122 — TMKQ1122
Course description
This course equips students with the theoretical and practical issues involved in negotiating and concluding framework agreements on international economics among the actors of the world economy, as well as international economic contracts based on the framework agreements that have been signed. It examines international experience in international trade negotiations for concluding bilateral and multilateral free trade and investment agreements worldwide and in Vietnam (WTO), as well as new-generation free trade agreements (EVFTA, CPTPP, etc.). This constitutes the fundamental basis for nations, industries, enterprises, and individuals to participate effectively in international economic activities in today's global context.

Students are allowed to sit the final/end-of-course examination (50%) if their attendance score (10%) reaches at least 5 points (on a 10-point scale).
