NHQT1118 — THANH TOÁN VÀ TÍN DỤNG THƯƠNG MẠI QUỐC TẾ
Course description
This course aims to equip learners with fundamental knowledge related to payment and credit in international trade — a relatively complex area, as it involves numerous foreign factors and is usually carried out through banks, institutions that impose fairly strict requirements regarding procedures, processes, and operating principles. The international payment section addresses the key issues that import-export traders must pay attention to when performing an international trade contract in order to settle the contract effectively, such as: the exchange rate used to convert currencies, international means of payment, international methods of payment, and other payment terms in the contract. The international credit section clarifies the forms of international credit, in particular the types of credit that import-export traders may use during the performance of an international trade contract, and the specific issues that must be considered when providing or using a credit facility.
